\nCDL A OTR Team Details 

\n\n

  Schedule: No set schedule. OTR. (Home Weekly)

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Pay:  $100k per year, per driver, plus annual Safety Bonus

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Route Type: OTR. Wichita, TX

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Equipment: dry van or flatbed

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\nCDL A OTR Team Minimum Requirements For Each Driver:  

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  License: CDL A 

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Experience: 6 months of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Equipment Experience: flatbed or dry van

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\nCDL A OTR Team Responsibilities:  

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Safely operate flatbed or dry vans on OTR routes 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  \n\t\n

\n\n
