Travel RN – Hemodialysis | Pecos, TX | Up to $2,500.80/Week | 13-Week Contract
Position: Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Hemodialysis
Location: Pecos, TX
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (Typically 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)
Schedule: 3 x 11-hour shifts (Monday, Wednesday & Friday)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Start Date: 07/27
Compensation
Weekly Gross: $2,500.80
Weekly Taxable: $1,135.80
Weekly non-taxable: $1,365.00
Hourly Taxable Upto 40: $31.55
Overtime after 40: $47.33
Position Overview
This is primarily an outpatient hemodialysis position (approximately 95% outpatient), with only occasional inpatient 1:1 dialysis coverage if a patient is admitted.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments
- Administer medications
- Develop and update patient care plans
- Perform routine foot assessments as scheduled
- Monitor patients during dialysis treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
Requirements
- Active Texas RN License
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience
- Current BLS and CPR certification
- Experience with dialysis patient care
- Vaccination status must be disclosed (vaccination is not required)

- Braun Dialog Dialysis Machines
- CKG-TIME EMR
Additional Information
- No weekend shifts unless a holiday falls on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday.
- Monthly mandatory staff meeting (approximately 2 hours on a Tuesday).
- Navy blue scrubs required.
