PRIDE Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health Hospice for a local contract nursing job in Mesa, Arizona.

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Compensation:

- Local Pay: $50–$59/hour (W-2) \n
- Travel Pay: $2,500–$2,600 gross per week \n
- Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50/mile (from first patient to last patient) \n
Schedule details (hours per day/week): 40 hours per week, week day and weekend on call
\n\n
Productivity expectations: 4-5 patient visits daily
\n\n
On Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes, weekdays and weekends
\n\n
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Working the hours between 7am - 6pm
\n\n
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Yes
\n\n
What are the top responsibilities for this position? (Please be as detailed as possible):Patient visits, admissions, after-hours coverage weekdays and weekends.
