\n Candidate MUST have experience in hospice in the home setting and able to make visits for those patients that reside in a LTC setting.
Supervisor available M-F and on call.
\n M-F 8-4:30
\n Every other weekend, Possibly less (ideally once a month)
\n Holidays- In rotation with permanent staff.
\n Call Requirement- Potentially but try not to.
Black or Khaki pants with white, black or purple top.

Weekly Gross:$2,497+Mileage paid at IRS rate.

They use a point system. Hospice - typically 4-5pts a day. If it's an admission it might be 2-3 2 Supervisor available M-F and on call. M-F 8-4:30 Every other weekend, Possibly less (ideally once a month) Holidays- In rotation with permanent staff. Call Requirement- Potentially but try not to. Black or Khaki pants with white, black or purple top. This is a very large area. Both rural and urban. Keep in mind winter driving conditions. They must know how to use navigation. They do try to keep nurses in a reasonable radius within 1 hour (weather can change this). They have 2 managers split into North and South regions.
