**Join Our Dynamic Team as a Physical Therapist!**\n\n**Job Description:**\n\n- Deliver exceptional Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments to a diverse patient population.\n- Oversee and guide Physical Therapist Assistants and other designated staff members.\n- Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored therapy treatment plans with clear goals.\n- Adapt therapy plans based on real-time patient responses to maximize outcomes.\n- Participate in care conferences and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.\n- Ensure all medical equipment and care plans are organized for effective discharges.\n- Maintain accurate documentation of patient encounters, diagnoses, treatments, and recommendations.\n- Provide timely services that adhere to all regulatory requirements.\n- Work in both inpatient and outpatient settings as assigned, showcasing your versatility.\n- Foster partnerships with patients and their families to promote self-care and independence.\n- Create and deliver clear home exercise programs, ensuring understanding through feedback and demonstration.\n- Assist in administrative matters, clinic operations, and specialty areas as needed.\n- Utilize the hospital's computer system for patient information and updates.\n- Generate reports, summaries, and metrics for management review.\n- Aid in acquiring and fitting durable medical equipment/devices tailored to patient needs.\n- Communicate effectively with supervisors and DME providers for equipment management and restocking.\n- Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.\n- Educate staff on PT-related topics and empower patients/families in their rehabilitation journey.\n- Represent the Rehabilitation Services Department in committee and management functions.\n- Provide consultation and training to the healthcare team regarding therapy services.\n- Uphold the standards and practices of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).\n- Adhere to confidentiality and quality assurance protocols.\n- Embrace other duties as assigned.\n\n**Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required:**\n\n- Master’s or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program OR a graduate from an APTA approved program with 2 years of relevant experience.\n- Active and valid Physical Therapist license.\n- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n- Valid driver’s license.\n\n**Experience Required:**\n\n- Minimum of 1 year experience in adult outpatient rehabilitation.\n\n**Shift Information:**\n\n- Full-time position of 40 hours per week.\n- Flexible shifts available, Monday to Friday from 7 am to 6 pm and Saturday from 8 am to 1 pm.\n\n**Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** \nAt CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
