- Location: Montour Falls, NY \n
- Shift: Evenings - 5x8's (15:00 - 23:30) \n
- Duration: 13-week contract with possible extension \n
- Weekends/Holidays: Every other weekend a must and every other holiday. \n
Requirements:
\n- \n
- 1-year experience \n
- Active NY State RN License \n
- BLS from AHA \n
Job Duties:
\n- \n
- Professional RN Team Lead demonstrates: time management, critical thinking, delegation, and prioritization. \n
- Assessment, monitoring, recording, and reporting changes in patient’s condition. \n
- Advocates for patient. \n
- Practices ethically and professionally within their scope, Promotes EBP (evidence-based practice) and best practices related to patient care. \n
- Maintains clinical competence specific to their care area including organization required education within stated timeframe. \n
- Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team. \n
- Communicates effectively, Documents appropriately and thoroughly in EMR. \n
- Participates in unit councils and staff meetings. \n
