Location:Seattle, WA. Hybrid opportunity with up to two remote workdays per week after successfully completing the initial 90-day onsite onboarding period.

Job Description
- Handle complex commercial litigation, product liability, environmental, and insurance coverage matters.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, contracts, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Research and analyze complex legal issues.
- Manage all phases of discovery, including electronically stored information and large document productions.
- Assist with trial preparation and provide courtroom support.
- Conduct legal due diligence involving contracts, agreements, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Participate in depositions, court hearings, and motions practice.
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
- Work independently while collaborating closely with attorneys and legal support staff.
Qualifications
- Active Washington Bar license.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with the ability to manage matters independently.
- 4+ years of litigation experience is preferred.
