- Track and report KPIs: activity, retention, expansion, and forecasts
- Maintain strong daily activity:
- 70+ outbound calls
- Daily follow-ups
- 710 years in account management or customer-facing sales roles
- Proven success growing and retaining a recurring revenue book
- Competitive, resilient, and self-motivated
- Strong negotiator and relationship builder
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, disruptive tech environment
- Hungry to advance into senior leadership roles within 12 years
- $70,000$80,000 OTE (base plus commission) + additional quarterly performance bonuses
