Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:
  • Represent clients in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, foreclosure, bankruptcy, judgment execution, and other real property issues
  • Manage cases from initial review through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and court procedures
  • Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other case-related filings
  • Advocate for clients during hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and other legal proceedings
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and trusted legal counsel
  • Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and advise clients on complex legal matters
  • Contribute to the continued growth of the practice while pursuing ongoing professional development and long-term career advancement opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
  • Licensed to practice law in Tennessee with 0–5 years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, contract law, or civil litigation involving governmental organizations
  • A motivated, hardworking attorney with excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
  • Able to independently manage a diverse caseload while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced or eager to develop proficiency in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal technology to manage case files, electronic task lists, and billing
  • Available to meet client needs during business hours, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend meetings
