What You’ll Do:

Represent clients in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, foreclosure, bankruptcy, judgment execution, and other real property issues
Manage cases from initial review through resolution while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and court procedures
Prepare and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other case-related filings
Advocate for clients during hearings, court appearances, negotiations, and other legal proceedings
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and trusted legal counsel
Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop effective case strategies and deliver high-quality legal services
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and advise clients on complex legal matters
Contribute to the continued growth of the practice while pursuing ongoing professional development and long-term career advancement opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

Licensed to practice law in Tennessee with 0–5 years of litigation experience in real estate, corporate, contract law, or civil litigation involving governmental organizations
A motivated, hardworking attorney with excellent interpersonal, communication, and client relationship skills
Able to independently manage a diverse caseload while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experienced or eager to develop proficiency in all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, trial preparation, and courtroom advocacy
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and legal technology to manage case files, electronic task lists, and billing
Available to meet client needs during business hours, with flexibility for occasional evening and weekend meetings
