Outpatient Therapist - Lebanon Counseling Center Make a Difference Every Day

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Outpatient Therapist to join our growing team and help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting change. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide services to all age groups including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic services in an office-based setting while working alongside a multidisciplinary team committed to improving lives.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality, ethical, and compassionate mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
  • Deliver individual and group counseling services utilizing evidence-based and client-centered approaches
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Complete clinical documentation accurately and within required timeframes
  • Collaborate with families, community partners, and treatment providers to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain proficiency in the electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Participate actively as a positive and engaged member of the outpatient team
  • Advocate for quality improvement and enhanced clinical outcomes
  • Meet productivity standards and comply with agency policies and procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related Human Services field
  • Ohio behavioral health license in good standing: LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, IMFT
  • Two or more years of experience in behavioral health or outpatient mental health services
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with diverse client populations
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills


Work Environment: Exposed to a combination of office, school and mental health treatment environments. Exposed to children with behavior problems. May be exposed to shouting and children who are upset.
