Responsibilities – Automotive Finance Manager:

• Manage the finance department, ensuring that all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently
• Work closely with customers to understand their financing needs and provide tailored solutions
• Collaborate with sales staff to ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to financing
• Analyze credit applications and make decisions based on company policies and guidelines
• Maintain relationships with lenders and financial institutions to secure the best rates for our customers
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding finance practices

Qualifications – Automotive Finance Manager:

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry or a similar role
• Strong understanding of automotive financing and lending processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred
• Experience with dealership management systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
