We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM evening shift team. If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation

Base Pay (Based on Experience):

• Less than 1 year: $18.00/hour

• 1 year: $19.50/hour

• 2 years: $20.50/hour

• 3 years: $21.50/hour

• 4 years: $22.50/hour

• 5 years: $23.50/hour

• 6+ years: $24.50/hour

Shift Differentials

• $2.00/hour for hours worked between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM

• $2.00/hour Weekend Differential

Schedule

• Full-Time

• 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while assisting residents with activities of daily living.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing staff.

• Answer call lights promptly and provide excellent customer service.

• Maintain accurate documentation according to facility policies.

• Assist in creating a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.

• Work collaboratively with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.

• Excellent attendance and reliability.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care.
