Assembler With Microscope Exp - Full-time

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Assembler is responsible for assembling small components with precision while working under a microscope in a clean manufacturing environment. Candidates must have previous microscope assembly experience and be comfortable sitting for the entire shift performing detailed, repetitive work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small components according to work instructions and specifications
• Perform precision assembly using a microscope
• Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow detailed assembly procedures and manufacturing documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• Meet daily production and quality goals
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience working under a microscope is required
• Previous small parts or medical device assembly experience is preferred
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to sit for the entire 8-hour shift performing repetitive assembly tasks
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills
