Dhaka Technologies Limited is
seeking an experienced Power Platform Developer to design, develop,
implement, and support business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform,
including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
The selected candidate will
create custom applications, automate business workflows, integrate multiple
data sources, develop dashboards and reports, and support business process
improvement through low-code/no-code and advanced customization capabilities.
This role requires strong hands-on Power Platform experience, data integration
knowledge, stakeholder communication skills, and the ability to deliver secure,
scalable, and well-documented business solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement custom applications
using Microsoft Power Apps to meet business needs.
- Build user interfaces, workflows, forms, and data
integrations within Power Platform solutions.
- Automate business processes and streamline workflows
using Power Automate.
- Connect Power Platform solutions with various
applications, services, APIs, REST services, and enterprise data sources.
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards,
reports, and visualizations to provide actionable business insights.
- Integrate data from sources such as Dataverse,
SharePoint, Azure, databases, Office 365 services, and other systems.
- Ensure seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and
efficient analysis across integrated systems.
- Ensure Power Platform solutions follow security
protocols, data governance policies, and applicable compliance
requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting,
and performance optimization for Power Platform applications and
workflows.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, analysts,
power users, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
aligned with business objectives.
- Assist power users in developing their own solutions
using Power Platform tools.
- Apply Microsoft Power Platform best practices for
development, governance, documentation, deployment, and support.
- Create and maintain technical documentation,
procedures, solution designs, and support materials.
- Stay current with Microsoft Power Platform features,
updates, best practices, and emerging capabilities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with Power
Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- 5+ years of experience with data modeling, database
design, SQL, and data integration techniques.
- 5+ years of experience or familiarity with
JavaScript, JSON, and advanced customization or integration concepts.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Canvas Apps,
Model-Driven Apps, and Office 365 services.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources and
services, including APIs and REST services.
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems, identify
root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with
the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders, team members, power
users, and end users.
- Ability to support, troubleshoot, optimize, and
maintain Power Platform solutions.
- Ability to follow best practices and produce clear
documentation for procedures and solutions.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite
per week in Washington, DC.
- Must be local to the DMV area.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer
Science, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Platform certification, such as Power
Platform App Maker or Power Platform Developer.
- Experience with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure
services, and enterprise databases.
- Experience with C# or Python for advanced
customizations and integrations.
- Familiarity with content management systems and
version control systems.
- Experience supporting governance, security, and data
management within Microsoft Power Platform environments.
- Experience training or mentoring power users on Power
Platform best practices.
- Experience working in public-sector, enterprise, or
highly governed technology environments.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on
Power Platform Developer with strong experience building custom applications,
automating workflows, integrating data sources, and developing business
intelligence solutions. This individual should be comfortable working with
business stakeholders, understanding complex requirements, delivering practical
solutions, supporting power users, and maintaining secure, scalable, and
well-documented Power Platform applications.
