We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Custodian / Facilities Maintenance Associate to keep our client's facility, offices, and grounds in clean, orderly, and top-notch condition.

What You’ll Do (Essential Duties):Keep it Sparkling: Sweep, mop, scrub, dust, and vacuum hallways, stairs, office spaces, and all facility restrooms.
Waste Management: Empty trash, recycling, and garbage containers regularly.
Facilities Support: Help out with basic facilities maintenance tasks and notify management immediately when building repairs are needed.
Security & Routine: Maintain daily security of assigned areas, including opening, locking, and unlocking routines.
Continuous Growth: Participate in cross-training for existing and new facility processes.
Experience/Education: A High School Diploma/GED OR 1–3 months of related cleaning/maintenance experience.
Safety First: Ability to read and interpret basic safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Reliability: A strict commitment to excellent attendance and punctuality.
Basic Skills: Good common-sense problem-solving skills and the ability to perform basic math (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing).
Physical Stamina: Ability to regularly reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift and/or move 50–70 pounds or more.
