Dhaka Technologies Limited is
seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to support the deployment
of Cisco Meraki MV cloud-managed security cameras across multiple
municipal facilities for one of its clients.
The selected candidate will
provide full lifecycle program and project coordination services, oversee
vendor installation activities, support site readiness, coordinate building
access, validate technical requirements, maintain project documentation, and
ensure installations meet approved standards and acceptance criteria.
This role requires a senior-level
program manager with strong experience managing enterprise technology
deployments, coordinating work across multiple remote locations, leading vendor
activities, maintaining structured documentation, and supporting onsite
implementation at government or municipal facilities.
Project Coordination
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all
deployment-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams, facility
stakeholders, vendors, and technical personnel to support successful
camera deployment.
- Obtain and review building plans, site layouts, and
deployment documentation.
- Confirm camera placement, site readiness,
installation requirements, and access needs.
- Schedule vendor site walks and coordinate building
access for vendors and authorized personnel.
- Coordinate approved user roles and privileges for
each site within the Cisco Meraki Dashboard.
- Ensure required network ports are properly
configured, patched, and ready to support camera deployment, connectivity,
and dashboard integration.
- Coordinate deployment activities across multiple
facilities and remote locations.
- Establish priorities, track progress, and manage
project activities across the full lifecycle.
Technical Review and Planning
- Review architectural drawings, low-voltage plans,
security layouts, and related site documentation.
- Validate camera locations, cable paths, mounting
requirements, power needs, environmental constraints, and installation
feasibility.
- Identify conduit, cabling, patching, or site
preparation needs and coordinate required work.
- Support planning for network connectivity, device
configuration, naming standards, and dashboard readiness.
- Coordinate with technical teams to address
infrastructure constraints and resolve site-specific deployment issues.
Installation Oversight
- Oversee vendor installation activities to ensure work
is completed according to approved plans and standards.
- Verify proper mounting, labeling, patching, camera
positioning, and alignment.
- Ensure cameras are brought online and configured in
the Cisco Meraki Dashboard using approved naming conventions and tagging
standards.
- Track installation progress and resolve issues that
may affect schedule, quality, or acceptance.
- Coordinate field-level decisions, escalations, and
follow-up actions as required.
- Support quality assurance activities and confirm
completion of installation verification checklists.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
throughout the deployment lifecycle.
- Update and manage as-built drawings, QA checklists,
site walk reports, deployment logs, issue logs, and risk logs.
- Prepare weekly status reports summarizing completed
work, upcoming activities, schedule status, risks, issues, and
dependencies.
- Maintain a master deployment schedule and ensure
project milestones are tracked.
- Document installation outcomes, final camera
locations, cable IDs, switch port assignments, and dashboard validation
results.
- Prepare final acceptance packages, including QA
results, installation verification, dashboard validation, and supporting
documentation.
Training and Acceptance
Support
- Coordinate training for designated personnel on
dashboard access, camera review procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure each facility meets completion criteria before
acceptance.
- Confirm that all QA issues are resolved prior to
final acceptance.
- Support final documentation review, sign-off, and
acceptance activities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a
related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 16+ years of experience in a progressive consulting
leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in an enterprise
environment.
- 16+ years of experience managing, coordinating, and
establishing priorities across the entire project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of experience working at various government
or municipal sites in Washington, DC.
- 5+ years of experience leading projects across
multiple remote locations.
- Strong experience managing enterprise technology
deployments, infrastructure projects, field implementation work, or
facilities-based technology rollouts.
- Experience coordinating vendors, technical teams,
facility stakeholders, and project leadership.
- Ability to review architectural drawings, low-voltage
plans, site layouts, technical documentation, and deployment plans.
- Strong ability to manage schedules, deployment logs,
QA checklists, issue logs, risk logs, and final acceptance documentation.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, and
documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite and travel to multiple project
locations as required.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and ensure
project activities remain aligned with schedule, scope, and quality
expectations.
- Experience with Cisco Meraki MV cloud-managed
security cameras or similar cloud-managed video/security platforms.
- Experience using or managing the Cisco Meraki
Dashboard.
- Experience supporting camera deployment, physical
security systems, low-voltage infrastructure, cabling, network port
coordination, or facility technology upgrades.
- Experience with municipal, public-sector, or
enterprise facility deployments.
- Experience preparing as-built documentation,
installation verification checklists, site walk reports, and final
acceptance packages.
- Experience coordinating training, user access, and
operational handoff for technology deployments.
The selected candidate will be
expected to support and maintain the following deliverables:
- Master deployment schedule
- Site walk reports for each facility
- Installation verification checklists
- As-built documentation, including final camera
locations, cable IDs, and switch port assignments
- Weekly status reports
- Issue and risk log updated weekly
- Final acceptance package, including QA results and
dashboard validation
A facility will be considered
complete when:
- All cameras are installed according to approved
plans.
- All devices are labeled, patched, aimed, and online.
- Dashboard naming and tagging meet approved standards.
- As-built documentation is submitted and approved.
- Installation verification checklist is completed and
signed.
- All QA issues are resolved.
- Training is completed for designated personnel,
including dashboard access, camera review procedures, and basic
troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate is a senior
program manager with strong field deployment experience, excellent
documentation discipline, and the ability to coordinate vendors, technical
teams, facility stakeholders, and leadership across multiple locations. This
individual should be comfortable managing onsite deployment activities,
reviewing technical plans, tracking risks and issues, maintaining project
artifacts, and ensuring each site meets quality and acceptance standards.
