Facility Maintenance - Janitorial

PrideStaff is proud to partner with a prominent manufacturing company in the Cal Expo area who is looking for a janitor to assist in maintaining multiple buildings. In this role, you will be working in a warehouse/production environment and will be responsible for daily cleaning operations and ensuring that all cleaning standards are met with precision and efficiency. Your expertise in custodial services and familiarity with production environments will drive a positive atmosphere that reflects our commitment to excellence.


Duties

• Execute daily janitorial activities, including cleaning and custodial tasks, across multiple areas
• Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
• Demonstrate proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Manage supplies inventory, order cleaning materials, and maintain equipment to optimize operational efficiency
• Collaborate with management to develop cleaning protocols tailored to specific environments
   

• Proven experience in custodial services, commercial cleaning, or facility maintenance within a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and sanitation protocols
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Must be over 18 years of age and have proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be able to provide at least 2 positive professional references from prior employers, managers, or supervisors
• Must have reliable means of transportation

Schedule: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM

Compensation / Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00
