TIG Welder Class B (Stainless Steel)
EnSight Solutions | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $21–$24/hour
EnSight Solutions is seeking Class B TIG Welders with stainless steel experience to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of TIG welding experience who is looking to build a long-term career and develop advanced fabrication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Perform TIG and basic MIG welding on stainless steel components
- Read blueprints and layout parts for fabrication
- Fabricate and weld small parts for equipment
- Grind and deburr materials to meet quality standards
- Inspect parts and maintain quality throughout production
- Maintain tools and a clean, organized workspace
- Follow all safety procedures and use proper PPE
- Assist with forklift operation (training provided)
What You Bring
- 1+ year TIG welding experience (stainless preferred)
- Basic MIG welding knowledge or willingness to learn
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Strong attendance and work history
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shift
- Commitment to safety and continuous improvement
