Position Overview
Artisan Dental is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in a dental or healthcare front office setting who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Schedule
Full-time; schedule will be discussed during the interview process.

- Answer phones and manage appointment scheduling to maintain a productive schedule
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records
- Perform insurance verification and provide basic benefit breakdowns to patients
- Collect co-pays, balances, and process patient payments
- Coordinate patient flow and support the clinical team as needed
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment
- Maintain an organized and efficient front office environment
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare front office role required
- Experience with dental insurance verification and patient scheduling preferred
- Familiarity with practice management software is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a team environment
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
