Service Technician - Full-time

The Mission: You are the face of the brand. In this role, you will drive a company vehicle to commercial client sites across the region to install, service, and maintain our systems. We are looking for a true professional who is just as comfortable using a wrench as they are holding a polite, professional conversation with a corporate property manager.

What a Typical Day Looks Like:

• On-Site Logistics: Start your shift by checking your digital route, prepping your company-provided vehicle, and traveling to your scheduled client locations.

• Hands-On Assembly & Installation: Use standard hand tools and power tools to install new purification equipment, route lines, and secure system components.

• System Diagnostics: Troubleshoot operational issues, replace filters, perform routine maintenance, and ensure systems are running at peak performance.

• Client Relations: Greet building managers, explain the service you are performing, answer questions confidently, and leave a flawless, professional first impression.

• Digital Tracking: Log your completed service calls, parts used, and client signatures via a mobile device before heading to your next stop.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

• Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands and have proven experience safely using hand tools and power tools (basic plumbing or mechanical assembly experience is a huge plus).

• Elite Customer Service: A polite, friendly, and professional communication style. You will be walking into active client businesses, so a clean appearance and strong people skills are required.

• Safe Driving History: A valid driver’s license and an absolute clean driving record to operate the company service vehicle safely.

• Independence: A self-motivated work ethic to manage your daily job sites and routes responsibly without constant supervision.
