Field Service Technician

This position is responsible for all aspects of preventative maintenance, service, installation and repair of commercial and household water treatment equipment. Our technicians also upgrade current equipment.

Salary Range: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Must be able to pass in our pre and post-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced busy environment.
• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of related technical experience.
• Clean driving record in order to drive company vehicles.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50-75 pounds as needed.

• Identify problems, assess the extent, document findings and make decisions to repair the product and/or replace parts.
• Perform preventative maintenance, repair services, installations, upgrades and in-serving of customer accounts in accordance with established standards.
• Organize and prioritize daily workload to ensure jobs are completed within the time frame estimated to the customer.
• Provide timely and effective resolution(s) of service issues for residential and commercial customers, including product delivery, installations, equipment repair and upgrades.
• Complete all duties and repair water treatment equipment in accordance with applicable safety guidelines as well as appropriate standard process.
• Accurately bill/invoice for labor and parts on applicable service calls and pickup pa
