Houseperson (Houseman) - Full-time

The Prospect Hollywood is an elegant 1939 Hollywood Regency-style building in the neighborhood of Whitley Heights. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, the hotel has been updated with a sophisticated sensibility, while incorporating the glamour of the era.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness within time limits
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Clean all public spaces (guest hallways, guest room patios, perimeter of the hotel amongst others)
• Maintain equipment in good condition
• Assist Room Attendants by striping rooms and other tasks when needed
• Support the daily Housekepping operations
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Handle reasonable guests complaints/requests and inform others when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Assist with Front Office duties as assigned, including but not limited to luggage assistance, phone assistance, valet assistance, etc.
