• One year experience in commercial, non-residential housekeeping/laundry preferred.  

• Must be able to operate a variety of equipment.  

• Must be willing to perform basic housekeeping tasks and follow instructions with minimum supervision.  

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Compliance with Universal Precautions and OSHA requirements and an understanding of MSDS required. 

• High school level of knowledge preferred.
