Dhaka Technologies Limited is
seeking a Compliance Officer to support complaint review, constituent
communication, case documentation, and compliance-related administrative
activities for one of its clients.
The selected candidate will be
responsible for reviewing complaints, communicating with complainants,
analyzing issues against applicable Florida statutes, documenting case
activity, and closing cases according to established procedures. This role
requires strong communication skills, customer service experience, attention to
detail, organizational ability, and the ability to work in a professional
public-facing environment.
- Contact constituents and complainants to discuss the
details of filed complaints.
- Review complaints and compare the issues against
applicable Florida statutes.
- Analyze complaint details to determine appropriate
next steps based on jurisdiction and established procedures.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with the
public by phone, email, and written correspondence.
- Advise complainants regarding jurisdictional
determinations, case closure decisions, and the reason for closure.
- Provide appropriate resources or referrals when
applicable.
- Prepare written correspondence to complainants for
supervisor review and approval.
- Close cases by entering appropriate codes,
activities, statuses, and documentation in the required case management
system.
- Document case actions, updates, and supporting
information in the designated document management system.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and timely case
records.
- Follow established timelines, procedures, and
supervisor guidance.
- Perform related compliance and administrative duties
as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications- Minimum 1 year of experience reading and interpreting
Florida state statutes.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with the public
in a professional work environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with the public
and analyzing complaints.
- Ability to speak, read, write, and understand
English.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
especially when interacting with the public.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to
detail.
- Ability to communicate professionally, tactfully, and
accurately with constituents and complainants.
- Ability to follow procedures, meet project timelines,
and document work accurately.
- Experience using Versa.
- Experience using OnBase or a similar document
management system.
- Bachelor’s degree.
The ideal candidate is a
detail-oriented compliance professional with strong communication skills and
experience working directly with the public. This individual should be
comfortable reviewing complaint information, interpreting applicable statutes,
preparing professional correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and
working in a structured office environment.
