Records Retrieval Clerk PRN

We’re looking for a qualified Records Retrieval Clerk PRN like you to join our Texas Health family.

Work location: Texas Health Dallas, 8200 Walnut Hill Ln, Dallas TX 75231

Work hours: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am Sunday through Thursday evenings (generally about 3 to 3.5 hours per night)

HIMS Records Management highlights:

·         Great secondary job or extra hours job

·         Evening hours that are a bit flexible – One to two hours in the evenings between 4:00 pm to midnight

Here’s What you Need

·         High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED

·         6 months of healthcare office setting, or previous customer service experience REQUIRED

·         Excellent customer service skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer and office equipment skills. Ability to work independently and self-motivated.

What You will Do

·         Collects prepared medical records/documents for courier collection

·         Document/Record preparation and delivery

·         Assists internal and external customers as needed
