Duties for a Maintenance Manager:

• Set up, implement and maintain a PM schedule for all equipment
• Hire, train and supervise all team members
• Ensure all safety and regulatory compliance requirements are met
• Optimization of all tools and parts as well as vendor management
• Maintain and manage budgets, expenses ordering necessary parts
• Implement a continuous improvement plan for the facility

Qualifications for a Maintenance Manager

• 5+ years experience in industrial maintenance 
• Management / leadership experience
• Trade School or commensurate trainings or certifications
• Ability to manage people, schedules and be a positive model for others
• Extensive electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic experience as it relates to manufacturing and troubleshooting
• Machining, fabrication and welding experience
• Experience with budgets and cost control methodology
