2nd Shift Caregiver - Full-time

Personal Hygiene: Help residents with showering, bathing, brushing teeth, and grooming.

Dressing: Assist residents with picking out clothes and getting dressed or undressed.

Toileting: Help residents to the restroom and provide incontinence care with dignity.

Mobility: Assist residents with walking, transferring from bed to wheelchair, or moving safely around the community.

• Meal Assistance: Escort residents to and from the dining room.

• Serving & Feeding: Serve meals and provide hands-on assistance with eating or cutting food if needed.

• Hydration: Offer water and fluids throughout the shift to keep residents hydrated.

• Answering Calls: Respond immediately to resident call lights, pendants, and bed alarms.

• Safety Checks: Conduct regular rounds to ensure all residents are safe, comfortable, and in a secure environment.

• Reporting Changes: Immediately notify the supervisor or nurse if a resident appears sick, hurt, confused, or is acting differently than usual.
