Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, and ensure stakeholder communication is clear and effective.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Agile project management.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management related to projects.
• Understanding of supply chain management principles.
