Registered Nurse - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking to fill full-time and part-time Registered Nurse positions. This position is Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Pay is DOE.

Requirements:

Current, unencumbered Oregon Registered Nurse (RN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment: Perform thorough physical exams, assess patient conditions, and record detailed medical histories and symptoms.
• Treatment & Care: Administer medications, intravenous (IV) fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Care Planning: Develop, implement, and revise patient care plans to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Monitoring & Recording: Monitor patient progress, record vital signs, and update Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately.
• Procedures: Assist with diagnostic tests, wound care, and medical procedures.
• Education & Advocacy: Educate patients and their families on disease management and treatment plans, while acting as a patient advocate.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with doctors, specialists, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Compliance: Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local nursing regulations and facility policies.

Must be able to pass criminal background checks, drug screen, and current reference checks. Must be at least 18 to apply.
