We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in a pivotal role focused on capital programmes within the construction sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of capital programmes and financial management.
