Salary Range: $25 to $35 per hour

Job Overview:

As the Salon Manager at NappStar Baltimore, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our salon, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of talented stylists. We are looking for a dynamic leader who is passionate about the beauty industry and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and motivate a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service

- Create and maintain a positive work environment for staff and clients

-Ability to assist stylists with client services when needed

- Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and salon maintenance

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to ensure the salon remains competitive

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a salon management role

-Cosmetology or Natural Hair license

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs

- Knowledge of hair care products and services

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent
