- Provide transportation for appointments and errands

- Administer medications and monitor clients' health as outlined in care plans

- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients

- Prepare and serve meals based on clients' preferences and dietary needs

Qualifications:

- Valid New Jersey CHHA certification

- Clean driving record and reliable transportation

- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate demeanor
