Job Title: Cocktail Server

Job Summary:

The Cocktail Server will provide excellent service to guests at Bond Cocktail Lounge, an exclusive new venue opening in November 2024. In this role, you will take and serve drink orders, recommend cocktails, and ensure guests have a memorable experience. You will be part of the team launching this high-end lounge, working in a fast-paced, upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take drink orders.
• Deliver beverages promptly and accurately.
• Recommend drinks and upsell specials or premium liquors.
• Process payments using the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure tables and service areas are clean and organized.
• Follow all local liquor laws and venue policies.
• Work closely with bartenders and staff for smooth service.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality or as a cocktail waitress preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Basic knowledge of cocktails and drinks is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays.

Work schedule

• Weekend availability
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
