Role Overview: We're looking for an HR Records Coordinator to join our team and help support the activities of the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for managing and maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
STARTING PAYRATE: $19-$23 per hour
PRIMARY WORK SCHEDULE: Monday � Friday 20 - 25 hours per week
What You'll Do:
- Manage records through all necessary channels related to hiring, promotions, terminations, transfers, and other employment status changes.
- Handle requests for employment verification, letters of reference, or other record-related inquiries from outside entities.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, such as answering phone calls, emails, and directing messages to the appropriate staff.
What We're Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED and one to three years related experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage sensitive information securely.
- Candidates with bilingual proficiency will be given priority consideration.
