Custodian - Full-time

The Custodial Worker will be responsible to keep the building in clean and orderly condition. Perform cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include routine maintenance activities and notifying management of the need for repairs.

Job Requirements:

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Other duties as assigned
• Must be of the age of 18 or older to qualify
• Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
• Shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Familiar with Material Safety Datasheets
• Integrity and ability
