About the care needs: Client still mobile and can generally do for themselves. Short term memory not good at all, just needs to be monitored and have some companionship at times Services needed: medication dispensed, meals prepared, grocery shopping, errands run (she is not allowed to drive) but her car is available to use. Times needed: 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. 7 days a week
