Equipment Operator I-A1/B1 (SLC) - Now Hiring

Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking an Equipment Operator I to join their team. As an Equipment Operator I, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting the Production and Assembly Team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

$18.00/hour

Shift:

A1 Rotating Shift | 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour rotating schedule)

What's the Job?

• Operate automated assembly machines to manufacture high-quality medical devices
• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot minor faults, and restart equipment when needed
• Perform product inspections, testing, packaging, labeling, and documentation
• Complete work orders using electronic manufacturing and inventory systems
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clean room work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and manufacturing procedures
• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. repeatedly
