Material Handler

Our client, a leading logistics and supply chain organization, is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be an essential part of the logistics operations supporting multiple accounts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: MCALLEN, TX

Pay Range: $13.50

Shift: M-F 8am-5pm with some Saturdays

What's the Job?

• Handle shipping and receiving processes efficiently and accurately
• Operate forklift equipment safely and effectively with at least 1 year of experience
• Coordinate inventory control and data entry to ensure accurate records
• Assist with customer service and logistics account management
• Lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 1 year forklift experience, shipping, and receiving
• Excellent communication skills and computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to work a flexible shift and overtime when necessary
• Clean driving record and successful background check
