Key Personnel is seeking a P&L Innovation Coordinator to join a growing manufacturing company in the Tulsa, OK area.
P&L Innovation Coordinator Pay: $20.00 - $25.00/hour DOE
P&L Innovation Coordinator Hours: Monday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm
P&L Innovation Coordinator Summary:
The P&L Innovation Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting leadership by driving innovation, improving business processes, and advancing operational excellence. This position partners closely with the P&L leadership team to transform ideas into action through technology, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technology-driven, and passionate about learning new tools, creating professional communications, and supporting strategic initiatives across the organization.
P&L Innovation Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Provide executive and administrative support to P&L leadership.
- Design professional PowerPoint presentations, executive communications, and reports.
- Create dashboards, training materials, newsletters, and process documentation.
- Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools and innovative business solutions to improve efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- Support employee onboarding, training initiatives, and professional development programs.
- Facilitate and assist with training sessions as needed.
- Participate in shop floor activities, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support cross-functional projects while tracking progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization while promoting collaboration and servant leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase productivity, and support organizational growth.
- Perform additional administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
P&L Innovation Coordinator Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint.
- AI-savvy with an interest in leveraging emerging technologies to improve business operations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement methodologies, Power BI, Power Automate, or Microsoft Copilot is a plus.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Professional, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
P&L Innovation Coordinator Preferred Skills:
- Manufacturing or operations experience preferred.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment:
- Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.
- Ability to move throughout the facility, including production areas.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods.
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds may be required.
- May occasionally participate in shop floor activities and continuous improvement events.
