BrightStar Care of Ann Arbor is seeking a detail-oriented, adaptable Customer Care Manager / Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. - Serve as a main point of contact for client and customer care
- Assist with service for 4 territories, ability to be flexible with scheduling and travel between locations
- Coordinate staff schedules and care coverage
- Build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors
- Assist with new client intake and service inquiries
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff
- Help monitor employee education and compliance
- Assist with office procedures, performance goals, and care quality support
- Participation in on-call rotation for after hours and weekend scheduling/emergency needs (this is compensated in addition to regular salary)
- High school diploma required
- 3–5 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and workplace technology
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Clear Background check including motor vehicle check and full coverage auto insurance
