Senior Project Manager – Mechanical & Plumbing

I’m currently working with a leading national MEP contractor that is looking to add a Senior Project Manager to their team. This is a strong opportunity for an experienced mechanical PM to step into a leadership role managing large, complex projects with a well-established organization and strong project pipeline.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead large mechanical/plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion
• Manage project financials, forecasting, billing, change orders, and profitability
• Serve as the primary client contact and lead project teams
• Oversee estimating, procurement, scheduling, and subcontractor/vendor management
• Coordinate with field, engineering, VDC/BIM, and prefabrication teams
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Oversee project safety, quality, schedule, and overall execution
• Lead commissioning, closeout, and turnover
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Engineers, and Coordinators

What They’re Looking For

• 8+ years of mechanical, plumbing, or MEP project management experience
• Experience managing large, complex projects
• Strong HVAC, piping, hydronics, plumbing, and MEP knowledge
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar software
• Strong financial, leadership, and client-management skills
• Data center, semiconductor, healthcare, or mission-critical experience is a plus
