Job Title: Security Site Supervisor
Location: Litchfield County, CT
Pay: $26
Role Purpose
Lead the security team and manage day‑to‑day security operations to protect the client’s people, property, and assets, in line with Securitas policies and site instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise security officers and daily deployment (rosters, posts, breaks).
- Oversee core security tasks: access control, patrols, alarm response, monitoring, and incident handling
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules, fire and emergency procedures, and correct use of PPE
- Conduct site inductions, support training, and coach officers on professional conduct and safe working.
- Act as main contact for the client, handle day‑to‑day issues, and support audits/inspections.
- Maintain accurate incident and activity reports and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements
- Experience in security, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and incident‑handling skills.
- Able to work shifts and perform patrols; holds required local security licenses.
