MCL Talent Partners is searching for a friendly, motivated B2B Benefits Specialist on behalf of a premier client in the Wichita area. In this entry-level role, you'll spend your days out in the community, meeting face-to-face with local business owners to help them review and select the best benefit solutions for their employees.
This is a relationship-driven position where your work ethic and personality matter far more than your background. We provide comprehensive training, leadership mentorship, and ongoing guidance from your very first day. Whether you live right in Wichita or are commuting from Derby, Andover, Goddard, Haysville, or surrounding communities, we'd love to hear from you!
(Note: If you have a background in customer service, retail management, hospitality, or outside sales, your skills will translate perfectly here. Absolutely no prior corporate experience is required!)
What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
Community Networking: Connect face-to-face with local business owners and managers. (This is strictly business-to-business; there is absolutely no residential door-to-door or retail store sales).
Building Relationships: Grow, expand, and maintain strong professional partnerships with businesses in your local market.
Consulting Educating: Sit down with clients for scheduled appointments to clearly and simply explain the supplemental benefit solutions available to them.
Ongoing Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact to help your clients maintain their accounts and assist their employees with on-site enrollments.
Learning Growing: Actively participate in our onboarding, business coaching, and leadership training to build your professional skill set.
