Housekeeper Needed

We live in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment, and my husband (site assistant at a homeless shelter) and I (a psych nurse) work opposite schedules. Add in a young child that needs constant attention and even the bare minimum of cleaning often falls by the wayside. The rare day we have off is so full of chores we are never able to really rest, and not nearly enough gets done. We are thrilled for any help we can get, but some big areas that we could use extra assistance in is doing dishes and organizing our kitchen area, cleaning our fridge, and cleaning floors. We would love to find someone we click well with to help us manage our home in this very busy time.
