Role Overview
We are seeking a Yard Material Handler to support yard and warehouse operations in a fast-paced oilfield services environment. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, locating and verifying equipment numbers, cleaning and staging equipment, and coordinating with various departments to ensure assets are available for service operations.
The Yard Material Handler will also assist with preparing equipment for use in frac, wellhead, flowback, and other oilfield applications. This position requires more than forklift operation. Candidates must be comfortable performing a variety of hands-on yard, warehouse, inventory, and equipment support tasks.

- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Locate, identify, and verify equipment numbers
- Clean, organize, and stage equipment for operational use
- Support preparation of equipment for frac, wellhead, flowback, and other oilfield applications
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and service teams to supply required assets
- Track equipment, inventory, and parts accurately within internal systems
- Use basic computer systems to support inventory and storage processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized yard and work area
- Take initiative to complete tasks without needing constant step-by-step direction
- Perform general yard and material handling duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Previous yard, warehouse, material handling, logistics, or oilfield equipment experience preferred
- Basic computer skills required
- Ability to understand and follow inventory storage and tracking processes
- Ability to accurately identify and track equipment and parts within a system
- Willingness to perform duties beyond forklift operation
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on an 11-days-on, 3-days-off schedule
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative
- Dependable work history preferred
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a hands-on yard environment. Candidates should be able to use computers, follow inventory processes, and accurately track equipment and parts within a system.
The hiring team is looking for individuals who are self-motivated, willing to perform a variety of tasks, and able to contribute beyond simply operating equipment.
Candidate Submission Guidance
Please carefully screen candidates before submission. Frequent job changes, such as employment changes every few months, are not viewed favorably by the hiring manager. Candidates should demonstrate stable work history, basic computer proficiency, and a willingness to take initiative in a physical yard and warehouse environment.
