Manager

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Dog Grooming Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy salon. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing the front desk, booking appointments, returning phone calls and emails, customer service, hiring, training, and supervising staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining meticulous records, and promoting the BarkSuds brand.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent communication and customer service for our clients
• Oversee the daily operations of the salon
• Hire, train, and supervise Dog Bathing Technicians and Groomers
• Assist in dog bathing when needed
• Create and manage employee schedules
• Order products and maintain inventory
• Schedule regular maintenance of equipment and ensure peak operating conditions
• Adhere to the highest standards in dog grooming, health and safety

Qualifications

• Enjoy a fast paced envirnoment with multiple prioirites
• Previous experience as a managing a salon or other franchise
• Ability to work past 5pm as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods of time, handle and lift dogs
• Professional acumen and appearance
• Experience handling and resolving customer complaints and issues
• Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to customers’ requests gracefully and professionally
• Previous Dog Grooming experience is preferred but not required

** Must be able to work Tue - Sat 8:30am - 5pm**
