ReNuke Services is seeking a Training Consultant V for our client’s site in Little Rock, AK !
Summary:
Responsible for assessing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and evaluating their effectiveness to improve employee performance and organizational capability. This role partners with stakeholders to develop tailored training solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct training needs assessments and performance analysis
Design and develop comprehensive learning programs
Deliver training and facilitate workshops for diverse audiences
Manage training projects and timelines
Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders
Analyze training outcomes and optimize programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
4–7 years of experience
Instructional design, facilitation, data analysis, stakeholder engagement
