lass A CDL Drivers | 4 Days On, 4 Days Off | $23/hr + OT

Four days off in a row, only two nights out per cycle, and pay you can do the math on. We're 121 Partners, a new Amazon Freight Partner in Chattanooga, building our founding driver team now for regional routes that start in late August 2026.

A quick note on timing: This posting gets you on our early-interest list, and it takes about two minutes. When onboarding opens in August, we'll reach out with the full application and next steps. Getting on the list now puts you first in line when we start hiring.

The schedule:

• 4 days on, 4 days off, so you're off about half the year
• Only two nights in the sleeper per 8-day cycle. You're home the other six.
• Home every other night on the days you work, then four days off in a row
• Your schedule is set mid-week, so you're not waiting on Sunday to find out if you work Monday
• Open to discussing other arrangements on request

What you'll do:

• Regional round-trip routes out of the greater Chattanooga area, hauling Amazon freight. Your home base may be in Chattanooga or a nearby location such as Cleveland, TN, depending on final site approval.
• Each run is a round-trip of about 36 hours door to door: drive out, take your 10-hour reset in the sleeper, and drive back. You'll run two per work block, which is your two sleeper nights per cycle.
• Drop and hook, no-touch freight. No loading, unloading, pallet jacks, tarps, straps, HAZMAT, or doubles.
• Late-model branded sleeper cabs with a real bunk
• Company-provided device, so work stays off your personal phone
• HOS compliant every run

Pay, built as a stack:

• $23 per hour base, paid weekly, W-2
• Overtime on your heavier weeks. Weeks alternate, with lighter weeks running about $940 and heavier weeks about $1,400 gross.
• Up to $300 per month in performance bonuses: on-time departure, on-time arrival, and safety score, up to $100 each
• $500 at 90 days
• $200 referral bonus, open to anyone
• Most drivers land in the low-to-mid $60,000s once overtime and bonuses are in
• Pay you can do the math on. We'll walk you through all of it when we talk.

What we cover on the road:

• Fuel, tolls, parking, and your company device are all on us.

• Year-round freight. Our contract doesn't have a slow season.

Equipment and safety support:

• Late-model branded sleeper cabs, serviced on schedule with issues handled fast
• Netradyne in-cab alerts for following distance, lane discipline, fatigue, and distraction. It also protects you if another driver files a false claim.

This job isn't for everyone. We'd rather be upfront. This might not be your seat if you:

• Prefer driving without safety monitoring or GPS during shifts
• Cut corners on hours of service. We track and report HOS every run.
• Need specific holidays guaranteed off. Your off-blocks rotate year-round, and we can't guarantee the days right before or after major holidays.
• Have a complicated driving record. MVR and background standards are strict and non-negotiable.

If you show up consistently, drive safely, and want that to show up in your paycheck, this seat was built for you.

What you'll need:

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
• At least 21 years old
• Clean driving record, no current CDL suspension or revocation
• Current DOT medical certificate, and able to pass a DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
• Able to read, speak, and write English
• Comfortable using a smartphone and company-provided device
  
  Refer a driver, $200 bonus: Know a qualified CDL driver? Have them apply and enter your email in the referral field. When they clear 90 days, you get $200. No limit, open to anyone.
