Location: Rock Island, IL - 61201

Duration: 24 Months (possible extension)

Pay: $23.70/hr. on w2 + 5 PTOs

Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Service Parts Supply Management Planner to join our team in Rock Island and Cary.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the on-time delivery of service parts to our customers by working closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts.
• This role involves using various management tools and platforms to manage parts supply and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize SPERT, ZMDelinq, and Lights (SAP): Ensure the timely delivery of parts by managing these web-based applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with suppliers, buyers, and forecast analysts for their commodity of parts.
• Performance Metrics: Track and manage metrics including FILL rate, On-Time Delivery, FLASH/Backorder Cycle Time, and Past Due orders.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of planner experience or equivalent.
• Open to recent graduates.

Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Easily trainable with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Shift & Hours:

• Work Hours: 1st shift, between 6 AM and 5 PM (no overtime) but if requested it would be minimal OT hours.
