AAA TOW TRUCK DRIVER AND BETTERY TECH FOR ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

Tow Truck Driver – Primary Duties

• Safely tow vehicles using assigned equipment

• Perform tire changes

• Provide lockout services

• Deliver fuel to members in need

• Maintain clear and professional communication with members and dispatch

• Use a company-issued tablet to receive jobs, update statuses, and complete service reports

• Lift and carry equipment or vehicle components up to 50 lbs minimum

• Work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment

• Operate in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.)

• Work effectively as a team player

Battery Technician – Primary Duties

• Perform battery testing and diagnostics

• Install replacement batteries

• Provide jump-start services

• Perform tire changes

• Provide lockout services

• Deliver fuel to members in need

• Maintain clear and professional communication with members and dispatch

• Use a company-issued tablet to conduct tests, record results, receive jobs, and close out service calls

• Lift and carry batteries or equipment up to 50 lbs minimum

• Work in a fast-paced, emergency response environment

• Operate in all weather conditions

• Work effectively as a team player

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be at least 23 years of age

• Must have a clean driving record

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to learn and use company technology, including tablets for testing, job assignments, and documentation

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs

• Ability to work quickly and safely in emergency roadside situations

• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Ability to work well as part of a team
